Where do the material prices come from?
Material prices come from published UK merchant rates, checked nightly, and are clearly labelled as sample prices. Merchants who supply their own prices are labelled too. Labour is always your rate or a clearly marked guide — never a hidden figure.
Can I edit the quote before sending it?
Yes. Every line is editable — description, quantity, unit and rate — and you can swap any item for another product, which brings its current price with it. Nothing goes to the client until you say so.
What does the client see?
