How it works
1Measure the area in metres — floor, wall or loft. For a loft, measure the footprint you'll be covering.
2Pick the product. Rigid boards suit floors and walls; mineral wool rolls suit lofts and between studs.
3Add a waste allowance. Cutting boards around joists and noggins typically loses 5–10%.
